Your Chief Operating Advisor

Sustainable growth begins with
people who feel seen.

Helping organizations achieve lasting results through operational excellence, emotionally intelligent leadership, and people-centered systems.

Why I Do This Work

The problem most organizations aren't talking about

Throughout my career, I have watched organizations spend enormous resources trying to solve performance problems through new systems, new policies, and new technology.

Yet the real challenge is often something much deeper.

Most organizations invest heavily in the right systems and processes, then watch them quietly fail. When people don't understand why a system exists, they won't adopt it. Without that context, even the best processes become shelfware. And when organic discipline isn't built into the culture, chaos agents fill the void, the workarounds, the silos, the "we've always done it this way."

Here is what most advisors miss: people don't resist good systems, they resist systems they don't understand. When there is no shared context for the why, adoption fails. When best-practice habits aren't intentionally woven into the culture, those chaos agents take root quietly, undermining the very structures leaders are working hard to build.

I expel the chaos.

I created Grow Consultancy because sustainable success occurs when organizations intentionally reconnect people, purpose, process, and performance, not through another binder of recommendations, but through trust, clarity, and genuine accountability.

"My work is not about creating perfect organizations. It is about helping leaders and teams become the healthiest, most aligned, and most effective versions of themselves."

People are exhausted. Leaders are overwhelmed and teams are disconnected from one another.

Trust has eroded. Communication has broken down at every level of the organization.

The organization has become misaligned. Working hard but not moving forward together.

The problem is rarely talent or capability. It is people, purpose, process, and performance drifting apart.

If any of this sounds familiar, let’s talk →

How It Works

Our clear path forward

01

Conversation

Every engagement begins with an honest, no-pressure conversation about where you are, where you want to go, and what is getting in the way. It is the beginning of a real dialogue about whether we are the right fit for each other.

02

Engagement

If the fit is right, we agree on a clear scope, timeline, and structure built entirely around your organization’s specific needs and objectives. You will always know what we are working on, why we are working on it, and what success looks like.

03

Assessment

The first act of our work together is understanding where you actually are. Not where you hope you are, and not where you think you are, but where the evidence says you are. I conduct a thorough review of your people, processes, systems, and culture to identify where the friction lives and where the greatest opportunities for growth exist.

04

Creation

We build. Together we design the systems, align the people, establish the structures, and create the documentation and accountability frameworks your organization needs to move forward with clarity and confidence.

05

Execution

We put it into motion. We implement, observe, and adjust together in real time. No plan survives first contact with reality unchanged, and the best results come from leaders who stay present, stay honest, and stay committed to what the work is actually revealing. The door is always open for what comes next.

How I Can Help

Ways to Grow

Every engagement begins with a conversation. Here is a full picture of how I work with leaders and organizations. Not because you need all of it, but so you can find exactly what you do need. If something resonates, I welcome the opportunity to connect.

Operational Growth

There are two moments when organizations typically need this kind of support. The first is change management, when an organization is navigating transition, restructuring, or a significant shift in direction and needs experienced operational leadership to guide them through it. The second is scaling, when an organization has outgrown its current infrastructure but is not yet at a stage where a full-time executive hire makes financial sense. In both cases, what is needed is not another employee. It is executive operational direction, strategic planning, tactical plan creation, and guidance on implementation and execution, delivered by someone who has done this work at scale and knows exactly what it takes to build an organization that performs.

  • Operational assessment and structural friction identification
  • Strategic planning with tactical plan creation and implementation guidance
  • Leadership alignment and accountability systems
  • Change management and organizational transition support
  • Process and systems design built for scale
  • Team development, role clarity, and performance infrastructure

Think of me as your bolt-on business boost. I come in, assess where you are, build what you need, align your people around it, and give you the operational foundation required to move through your next stage of growth with confidence and clarity. Engagements typically run six to twelve months. I work best with founders and executives who understand the difference between a holding company built around their own personal pipeline of business and a scalable operating company built to support many stakeholders. If you are ready to build the latter, that is exactly the work I do.

Who this is for

Founders trapped in operations Overwhelmed executives Teams grown beyond their systems Organizations navigating change

Unhealthy culture rarely announces itself. It shows up as the persistent discomfort no one names. The talent that quietly walks out the door. The meetings where certain voices are consistently heard and others are consistently overlooked. The systems and structures that have been in place for decades, unreformed and unchallenged, that make it possible for some people to succeed while quietly ensuring others cannot. Organizations love to say they are inclusive without ever interrogating their proximity to privilege, their relationship to power, or whether the hurdles they claim to have removed simply exist now with nicer names. Silence in the face of that reality is not neutrality. It is a choice. And it has consequences.

  • Facilitated workshops for organizations ready to begin the conversation and examine their culture honestly
  • Ongoing leadership advisory for organizations committed to sustained cultural transformation
  • One on one work with leaders ready to examine their own role in the culture they are creating
  • Comprehensive engagements combining all three for organizations serious about building something healthier, more inclusive, and more effective

A single workshop can open a door. Lasting cultural change requires the courage to walk through it and keep walking. I work with organizations that are ready to do exactly that. My goal in this work is not to make anyone comfortable. It is to help leaders and organizations identify the areas they need to grow in order to become safer human beings for all other human beings. That is not a consulting objective. That is a conviction. And it is at the center of everything I do.

Most organizations do not lack good people. They lack the systems that allow good people to perform consistently, confidently, and without reinventing the wheel every time a new situation arises. Processes and systems are not bureaucracy. They are the foundation of a healthy, scalable organization.

  • Thorough operational reviews that identify structural friction, documentation gaps, and inefficiencies costing your organization time, energy, and money
  • Process redesign and repair for systems that exist but are not working
  • Ground-up creation of processes and systems where none exist
  • Documentation built with your people in mind, designed to be adopted, understood, and sustained

When people understand why a process exists, they use it. When they use it, it works. When it works, your organization grows. That is the standard I hold myself to in every engagement.

Leadership Growth

A common, and one of the most costly, patterns I encounter in executive coaching is this: an executive who does not fully understand their own organization’s operations compensates for that knowledge gap not by acknowledging it and learning, but by micromanaging. Because control feels safer than admission. The team, which may be entirely competent and trustworthy, gets micromanaged not because they have failed to earn trust, but because the executive’s own insecurity and knowledge gaps make genuine delegation feel threatening. The real problem was never the team. It was the leader’s unwillingness to confront what they did not know. That is the kind of honest, uncomfortable, and ultimately liberating work we do together.

  • How your behaviors, assumptions, and communication patterns are impacting the people and the organization around you
  • Where knowledge gaps are driving defensiveness, micromanagement, and erosion of trust
  • How bias, privilege, and power dynamics are shaping your decisions and your culture, often without your awareness
  • What it takes to be a safe person to lead others and inspire the best out of them
  • How to build the clarity, confidence, and intentionality required to lead at the highest level

What does it take to lead with a human first mindset? Effective executive leadership requires an honest examination of how we show up for the people who depend on us, and the courage to change what is not working. I bring inclusive leadership consciousness into every executive coaching engagement, creating a space where that examination can happen with honesty, curiosity, and genuine openness to growth. When we cultivate the person into their best selves, we get the best results. If you are ready to do the real work of becoming the leader you are capable of being, I am ready to do it with you.

Who this is for

C-suite leaders Senior executives Founders navigating growth Leaders ready for real change

I have watched professionals sit up a little straighter the moment they understood that they were not simply doing a job. They were leading. And from that moment, the real work begins. That work is not always comfortable. It is the work of examining the patterns, assumptions, and habits you have carried so long you no longer recognize them as choices. I have seen a leasing agent become a subject matter expert, a mentor, and a leader, not because her title changed, but because she changed. That is what this work makes possible.

  • How your behaviors, assumptions, and communication patterns are impacting the people around you
  • How to find and use your voice with confidence, clarity, and conviction
  • How to embrace the responsibility of your influence and lead with genuine accountability
  • How to examine your own biases and their relationship to how you lead, communicate, and make decisions
  • How to build the presence, the practice, and the habits of a leader who brings out the best in others

Leadership is not a destination. It is a practice. And it belongs to everyone who is willing to do the work. If you are ready to step into the leader you already are, I am ready to walk that path with you.

Who this is for

Managers at every level Emerging leaders Professionals in transition Anyone ready to lead intentionally

That fear drives sales professionals into a cycle of chasing leads that don’t deserve their time or energy, leaving them perpetually busy, perpetually anxious, and never quite able to develop the depth of skill that would distinguish them as a true expert in their field. I work with sales professionals and commercial real estate teams to break that cycle. Great sales requires both breadth and depth. The only way to develop both is to slow down, invest intentionally in your own skills, and approach your business from a place of confidence rather than desperation.

  • Breaking the cycle of fear based selling and building from a place of strength
  • Developing the habits, language, and process needed for consistent business development
  • Building both breadth of network and depth of expertise simultaneously
  • Accountability structures that turn good intentions into sustainable results
  • Sales culture embedding that outlasts any single workshop

Great sales is not about pressure or persuasion. It is about building trust, creating genuine value, and having the discipline to show up consistently for the people you serve. Sales training that works does not happen in a single workshop and then disappear. It gets embedded into the culture of how your team operates every day. That is the standard I hold myself to, and the standard I will hold your team to as well.

Every commercial real estate investment decision begins with a set of assumptions. The quality of those assumptions determines everything that follows. I provide independent review and analysis of commercial real estate valuations and proforma projections for investors, lenders, owners, and operators who want a second set of experienced eyes before making a significant decision.

  • Stress testing assumptions and identifying gaps in your underwriting
  • Challenging projections that don’t align with market reality
  • Clear, honest assessment of what the numbers say, and what they don’t
  • Independent review of commercial real estate valuations before significant investment decisions

This is not about validating what you want to hear. It is about giving you the clarity and confidence to make the right decision, whatever that decision turns out to be. When you bring me in, you are not getting a formula. You are getting judgment based upon decades of experience in putting deals together.

Who this is for

Investors and developers Lenders and owners Operators seeking a second opinion

Building those relationships takes time, intentionality, and a business development strategy that positions you and your organization as the obvious choice when capital is ready to be deployed. Most commercial real estate operators and developers know they need equity partners. What they struggle with is building the pipeline of relationships that makes capital a reliable part of their growth strategy rather than a constant source of anxiety.

  • Identification of the right equity sources for your specific investment profile
  • Outreach and relationship cultivation strategy
  • Materials, messaging, and credibility infrastructure development
  • Ongoing business development support and accountability

If you are ready to stop chasing capital and start attracting it, let’s talk.

For nearly two decades, I led ancillary revenue business lines for enclosed regional shopping center owners across the country. Through the identification, development, and management of revenue streams that existed outside of traditional leasing, I added hundreds of millions of dollars in value to shopping centers nationwide. I know firsthand what it takes to find that revenue, build the operational structure around it, and sustain it over time.

  • Identification of untapped revenue opportunities within your existing business
  • Business development strategy for new ancillary revenue streams
  • Operational framework design to launch and sustain new revenue lines
  • Implementation guidance and accountability throughout the process

Ancillary revenue is not about adding complexity. It is about leveraging what you have already built, your client relationships, your market presence, and your existing service platform, to create new, sustainable income streams that grow with your organization. If you are leaving revenue on the table, let’s find it together.

Built for Leaders Who Are Ready

Is this you?

I work with leaders, teams, and organizations committed to growth as a practice of becoming more honest, more aligned, and more effective.

You are ready to grow if you

  • Know something needs to change but are not sure where to start
  • Are working hard but not moving forward together
  • Have outgrown your systems, your processes, or your culture
  • Want honest feedback more than comfortable reassurance
  • Are willing to examine your own role in the challenges you face
  • Believe that people, process and performance should not be in conflict

Willing to challenge assumptions

The best organizations question what has always been done, not just how to do it better.

Value accountability and empathy together

High performance and human connection are not in conflict. The strongest cultures hold both.

Understand that people are the strategy

Systems and strategy matter. So do trust, wellbeing, and belonging.

Ready to be honest about what isn't working

Real growth begins with an honest assessment of where an organization actually is.

What working together actually looks like

  • Honest conversations that go where they need to go
  • A thought partner who challenges your thinking and champions your growth
  • Accountability that is firm but never punitive
  • A relationship built on trust, candor, and genuine care for your success
  • Work that is sometimes uncomfortable and always worthwhile

This is probably not the right match if you

  • Are looking for someone to confirm what you already believe
  • Want recommendations without the accountability of implementation
  • Are not yet ready to examine your own role in the challenges you face
  • Prefer comfort over candor
